Creating extra space

The Coombes family had recently bought the house they were living in with the intention of updating its style and functionality. After discussing with them the ideas they had given us for the overall “feel” of the home, they decided to do their renovations in phases.

The first phase (which we have completed) consisted of moving the laundry room from the second level to the basement to create more room for the master suite. This also allowed for more space in the laundry room which gave Artisan the opportunity to create a perfect layout for complete functionality and organization. A new 3 piece main bath complete with hardwood flooring, and updated baseboard and casing throughout was created.

The Coombes are happy with the completion of the first phase and are looking forward to working
