Feature Project: Greenwood

The Greenwood residence required a complete mainfloor interior renovation. The renovation design included a custom kitchen design, open concept living room and dining room combo, staircase, new bathrooms and an elevator shaft.

This particular family had special requirements for their disabled daughter who could not climb stairs very well. As a solution, Artisan built an elevator shaft in the middle of the home to give her more independence. To accomplish this, many of the rooms had to be rearranged to fit the new layout.

After rearranging, a brand new open concept kitchen suitable for the whole family was created. Some unique features for this family were a lower countertop and a microwave in the island.
